What is Data Science?

Data science is a field of Big Data geared toward providing meaningful information based on large amounts of complex and Unstructured data.

Data science, or data-driven science, combines different fields of work in statistics and computation in order to interpret data for the purpose of decision making for the business users.

Data + Science = Data Science

I thought its easy to learn the data science since i am from Science Background and good in Math till my 12th. but i am finding very difficult and even dont know where and how to start.

After browsing through the internet about Data Science i released that its applying your math and Statistics on structured or Unstructured data.

Example :
we have facebook everyday we like 100 videos from different sources but if somebody wants to know which Video is watched most in Europe region on specific week with average seconds time spent by user. so we have data of 100 thousands users from Europe and we need to apply Math to find the trend of which video got most seconds watched per user. may be its not good example as i am as Novice as you in data science.

its more like doing research within collected data from source and provide insightful findings which will be useful for business.

We are already using Data Science products in our day to day life like google Search Engine, Facebook ads targeted to user etc

So once you master the data Science you will be become a data scientist who can build the product on data.

Data Scientists analyze high volumes of data, question assumptions, discover patterns in the data, develop insights, construct narratives, and provide solutions that make sense.

currently there are lot of articles and Online Courses are available to learn the data Science. I am trying to follow open source by jake Data Science with python. lets see whether i can learn the data Science using jake Github Handbook.

I think a data Scientist will earn also a good salary across the globe so just put heart out to become a data scientist.
